1. Personal Branding - Every Employee Represents a brand

Its most likely every recruiter represents a brand to candidates. Your Linkedin profile makes the first impression, so put a little effort into it, It should look professional and representative. How we search candidate, on the same way candidate do search for you after your call/message.

Its even increase response rate on mail and getting connected. Just with good smile picture, Company Youtube link, Product demo link, and company group photo at back round will make things different.

2. Creative JD

As per market research survey - Average click through rate of ads is <11%

What Prevents the other 89% of people from applying ?

Why

1. Not ready to apply, don't have a resume ready 2. Ad is too vague 3. Don't think I would be considered 4. Can’t see what I would get out of this 5. I don't know much about the company 6. I want to apply directly to Hiring manager. 7 Ad is not interesting

Don't use I, we, our

Always Use:-

You/your/your's - your experience will allow you to do this....you would help us to build product....you experience will help us to go next level...

Job ads should have - 1. List salary range and benefits-call to discuss 2. Describe what the ideal candidate looks like 3. Map out potential career path 4. Use images, video, team images, headings, tell story, bold your keywords 5. Application process- Set the expectation (Maximum 1 week/2 week to get back on any

application) 6. Call to Action- if you don't have your updated resume call me up @ and I will discuss if we can go forward and on more details

3. Networking your JD within your hiring Managers.

We may have 10K+ connected over linkedin but hiring team would have less and more specific and clearly defined connected as per skills/domain they work on.

Asked your hiring team to share/retweet JD within Linkedin. Which will help us to get more hits on job ads.

4. Use "Google Trend" before you post ads

Tactics before you post any job - We need to understand the current market trend for the role we are hiring like Job title/Skills before we post/search the job in social network. Go to “Google Trend” and comparison between different synonym on skill before we make a search or post any jobs

5. We all face problem connecting 2nd/3rd degree People over Linkedin right ?

Go to Candidate Profile -> Check out which group he/she has joined -> Join the same group -> Once group admin accept your request -> You can now DM any person in the group no permission required and you don't even have to connect them now.
