Graduating as a Mechanical engineer, I started my career as a Freelancer Recruiter during my final year of engineering and its was the time when i got passionate about recruitment. My engineering degree did helped a lot to deep down and understand technical concept of every role.

I’m a real recruitment geek; my approach is to mix a technical and commercial approach using data-driven decisions to attract and engage the right people for jobs.

I am Passionate about social recruiting, online sourcing, employer branding and problem solver between Employer and job seekers.

I love building an effective recruitment and employer brand strategy.

About my personal life, i am blessed with 2 wonderful lady's in my life so when I'm not busy doing recruitment, I'm busy raising 4 years old daughter with my wife. In-fact, my wife was my first recruitment student in my career. Guess what, she was able to clear first interview with the first company she joined in her career after my mentor-ship LOL..

Hobby that i had but stopped after getting out of college are Guitar, painting art...

 

Hobby that i still do are Cooking, Swimming, I love watching animation and big fan of marvel movies..(Not sure if that an hobby), Some time try to paint art with my daughter so she ask me to paint Disney princess but that not my expertise ;)
