Your attitude matters – It’s not only about how well you do a task, it’s about how you do it. Do you pay attention? Do you roll your eyes when asked to do something? Do you go the extra mile to help others?

Listen first, then ask questions – It shows how much you are paying attention and how much you are willing to hear and learn instructions in the future.
