Its important to describe the elements you would check to make sure he is well prepared and its the time when he need to give the best. You can coach candidates from past Interview Feedback/Rejection/ biased


1. Data structure and algorithm are very important for all software engineering role so You can suggest candidate to go through many online video on YouTube OR suggest some links like - https://www.algoexpert.io/interview-tips( Its based on Company Technical stack)


2. Try to be honest and open but also paints things in a positive way.


3. Should be ready to face competency based question? It’s the time you need to share real life scenarios.


4. Understand about the product/culture/founding team/company


5. Should be very adoptable in nature ( Based on Company culture)


6. Talk/Answer with Example


7. He/she should be good at basics. Essential facts or principles of a subject or skill.


8. Candidate should be able to connect how he can help product grow?


9. Recruit can share some suggestion based on his past interview weakness so that he can do homework for final interview(Client facing hiring)


10. Do your home work about the team by going to social pages like LinkedIn, Twitter/Facebook. Its help you to connect during interview with your answer.


11. Avoid giving Interview around lunch/evening hour as the Interview panel will not the best frame of mind.


12. Eye contact during with interviewer is very important. Especially when you answer his questions.


13. Especially on the day of interview, Please keep distance from negative vibes. Talk to your mentor/Family and listen to motivational songs.


14. Talk about impact you have/had created in your role [always talk numbers/data]
